Hello foodies! 👩🏽‍🍳 Welcome to another video on the channel, where we bring you 5 super quick dinners in an air fryer. ⭐ If you're interested in purchasing a Cosori, you can click on the following links from the official Cosori store and get yours!!!: Cosori Dual Blaze (P583S) (2 coils): https://amz.run/6Toz Cosori 5.5L (CP158): https://amz.run/652b Video Chapters 🎥🎥🎥: 00:00 Intro 00:15 Presentation 00:52 Monday: BBQ Chicken 09:04 Tuesday: Omelette 12:58 Wednesday: Salad 19:04 Thursday: Salmon 24:50 Friday: Folded Pizza 31:32 Goodbye 33:08 Ingredients 33:33 Blooper MONDAY - BBQ Chicken 🍗 with Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Broccoli Steamed Ingredients (2 people): • 100g homemade barbecue sauce (my recipe) • 450g boneless, skinless chicken thighs • 1 sweet potato, diced • 200g broccoli, frozen or fresh • Salt (to taste) • Black pepper (to taste) • Garlic powder (to taste) • Extra virgin olive oil Preparation: Chicken: Marinate the chicken in the barbecue sauce in a bowl for 1-4 hours. If you have a different air fryer, preheat it to 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes. Place the chicken in the basket, leaving the rack in place, and program it for "Chicken" at 200°C (390°F) for 20 minutes. If your air fryer requires turning the food, flip it halfway through the cooking time. (Note: The last sentence about turning the chicken halfway through appears to be unrelated and possibly a mistake.) Sweet potatoes: If you have a different type of fryer, preheat to 205°C (400°F) for 5 minutes. Oven: 210°C (410°F), top and bottom heat. Place a baking dish in the oven. Season the sweet potatoes with extra virgin olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Place them in the steaming basket in a single layer. Program the fryer for "Fries" or "Potatoes" at 200°C (400°F) for 15 minutes. Oven: 25-30 minutes. Broccoli: Use a Lekué steam case in the microwave with salt, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, and a little garlic powder. Microwave on full power for 10 minutes. Tuesday. Vegetable Omelette 🍳 Ingredients: • 6 Eggs • Extra Virgin Olive Oil • Salt and Pepper • 1/2 Sweet Onion • 1 Diced Tomato • Grated Mozzarella Cheese • A handful of Spinach Preparation: If you have an air fryer, preheat it to 180ºC (350ºF) for 5 minutes. Place a piece of parchment paper in the basket (without removing the rack). Add the cracked eggs, salt, and pepper. Add the vegetables and finally, the grated cheese. Add a little Italian seasoning. Program “Air Fry” 180ºC (350ºF) for 12 minutes. Wednesday - Balsamic Salad 🥗 with Raspberries and Beef Ingredients (serves 2): • One bag of arugula and lamb's lettuce salad mix • Balsamic vinegar • Raspberries • Gorgonzola cheese • California walnuts • 2 beef steaks • Soy sauce • Salt and black pepper • Garlic powder Preparation: Marinate the beef steaks in soy sauce for 1-3 hours. If you have a different type of air fryer, preheat it to 200°C (390°F) for 5 minutes. Set the air fryer to "Steak" at 200°C (390°F) for 7-11 minutes, or depending on how well-done you like your meat. 😉 In a serving dish, arrange the salad, the dressing, the raspberries, pieces of Gorgonzola cheese, the walnuts, and the steak cut into strips. Delicious! Thursday – Salmon 🍣 with Mixed Asian Vegetables Ingredients (serves 2): • 2 salmon fillets • 2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce • Salt and pepper to taste • 1 bag Frozen Asian Vegetables Preparation: If you have an air fryer, preheat it to 205°C (400°F) for 5 minutes. Marinate the salmon with 1 tbsp Teriyaki sauce per piece, salt, and pepper. First, cook the frozen vegetables, adding about 2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce. Use the "Frozen" setting at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes. Cook the salmon using the "Seafood" setting at 200°C (400°F) for 10 minutes. Friday – Folded Pizza 🍕 Ingredients (serves 2): • 2 large wheat tortillas (23 cm) • Homemade Italian-style tomato sauce • Pepperoni and cooked ham or smoked turkey • Mozzarella cheese • Italian seasoning Preparation: Cut from the center of the tortilla straight outwards. Place each of the ingredients in one of the quadrants, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, and fold each one over. Brush with extra virgin olive oil using a silicone brush. Preheat oven to 205°C (400°F) for 5 minutes. Air fry at 205°C (400°F) for 4 to 6 minutes.
