Comment les Tueurs en Série échappent à la Justice

In France, a dozen serial killers have sown tragedy and terror. This documentary gives a voice to Jocelyne Milui and her son Cédric, whose lives changed forever on September 13, 1993, when their 8-year-old daughter and sister, Karine, was abducted from school and then brutally murdered by Patrick Tissier, a man they considered a friend. It also recounts Joël Busset's fight for his sister Odile, who vanished in 1983 in Dombasle, a case linked to the disappearances of Sandrine Ferry and the murder of Nelly Adrère, all pointing to the local crime boss Jacques Maire.
