Ford RS200 Road Car Start Up, Accelerations & 1.8L 4-Cylinder Turbo Engine Sound!

During the 2021 Bernina Gran Turismo, an event born in 2014 with the aim of keep the memory of the legendary Bernina Pass hillclimb race of 1929 and 1930 alive, I recorded this Ford RS200 being driven up on the hillclimb course and fielded in the actual competitive race. This RS200 should be one of the rare road-legal cars built to comply with FIA homologation regulations for Group B rally class. Judging from what I saw the car was freshly restored and embellished with the famous livery used by Ford on their works cars at the time plus some great read seats interiors and red steering wheel. The engine should be the 1.8-litre single turbocharged Ford-Cosworth "BDT" engine producing 250hp in road-going trim (between 350 and 450 hp in Group B specs) but I won't be surprised if this particular example was fitted with the available upgrade kit for road-going versions to boost power output to over 300hp. What I noticed for sure is that the original muffled exahust has been replaced with the one used on the racing RS200 or on the RS200 "Evo" so a loud unmuffled one.
