You need to make Panchphoran Black cumin seeds 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds 1 tablespoon Black mustard seeds 1 teaspoon White mustard seeds 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds 1 tablespoon Radhuni spices 1 teaspoon - If you don't have two mustard seeds at hand, you can use 1 tablespoon of any mustard seed. - If you don't have Radhuni spices, you can use 1 teaspoon of whole coriander seeds or 1 teaspoon of whole cumin seeds.
