The Lord of Fire 07 - Igniting the Fire - StarCraft: Brood War Alternate

Playthrough for Episode 06: The Lord of Fire Mission 07 - Igniting the Fire NO AIR UNITS for this mission! 😫😫 I had a really hard time. It made me realised that I am so dependent on Carriers when I play Protoss. Other than that, this mission is also challenging for the following reasons: 1. It's PvT. Their beacons are well defended, despite not having any Siege Tanks. The UED Spartan Company (hero Goliaths) are very tanky and painful to deal with. Science Vessels are irritating. They either Irradiate your troops (they do it on Raszagal too!), D. Matrix on their units, or EMP your spellcasters or Archons. Need a few Dark Archons to Feedback and keep their energy drained. They have so many Ghosts! As if they are free! Lockdown, nukes, and attacking while cloaked. Just another irritating unit to deal with. The enemy assaults your base quite frequently. 2. This map is filled with ramps. These choke points are very unfriendly against Dragoons, and the Archons. It's worse when the Dragoon gets locked down at the middle of the ramp. 3. Raszagal is not cloaked, and does not regenerate life. Her deaths forced me to restart the mission too many times. However, her abilities are awesome for offense and defense, especially Dark Swarm. Plague is great against the UED Spartans. Psi Storm is very, very useful in this mission. But the HT are very vulnerable to get Irradiated. It certainly took me very long to complete this mission. And I'm relieved to be able to do so.
