From wandering past the historic Gnathang Gadenchoeling Gumpa and the Mini Potala to catching a timeless sunset at Bombay View Point, this valley is the ultimate place to detach from a distracted world. The next morning, the skies completely cleared up for an unbelievable 360-degree sunrise view at Eagle's Nest Bunker before I faced the ultimate driving challenge: descending the legendary 32 hairpin turns of the Zuluk Loops in crystal-clear weather. To top it all off, I face my hesitation and take a surprising Yak ride at the sacred Tsomgo Lake.
