2. The Rising (Bruce Springsteen - Live In Gothenburg 6-22-2003)

This concert comes from Sweden and what a great one this is! One of my personal favourites from the Rising Tour, this Gothenburg show features a lot of awesome performances and a great crowd as well! Clocking at around three hours, this second and final night in Ullevi is a gig you can't miss! The quality of the recording is pretty great and while the tour reaches the end of the second european leg, the band still manages to sound fresh and full of energy. 'Jackson Cage' is a personal highlight; 'The River' and 'Growin' Up' are full band arrangements; 'Racing In The Street' is beautiful; 'Detroit Medley' gets a rare outing and it rocks! The end of the concert is a bit... "weird". The band finishes 'Twist And Shout', leaves the stage and then returns because the crowd kept on chanting. A curious finale to a great show! Enjoy!
