A massive hit for Kylie Minogue in 1988, "Got To Be Certain" had originally been recorded (but shelved for unknown reasons) a year or so earlier by fellow Stock Aitken Waterman artist Mandy Smith. It eventually surfaced in 2005 on the hits compilation "Stock Aitken Waterman Gold," and was then added to the 2009 re-issue of Mandy's album.
