The footage starts on Kentish Lane (a part of Brookmans Park), the north of Potters Bar and the south of Hatfield, and stops in Sandridge, St. Albans. *Personally love the quiet section between 1:07:04 (Woolmer Green) and 1:36:02 (Wheathampstead), that includes a part of National Cycle Route 12.
