ST 1300 Review - Part 5 of 5
Note, I make a comment on the introduction of shaft drive on this video. I am referencing the use of shaft drive by the big 4 Japanese manufacturers during the 1970's. Model year is 2007. ABS brakes. I had read many reviews on the ST over the years and had always liked the looks, but never made a purchase. Age and arthritis have made it difficult for me to ride much more than a few minutes at a time, on my sport bikes and also forced me to give up racing. However, after returning from the longest ride I have had in years, I can tell the ST was the right choice for me. This is due to the riding style which is upright and more relaxed rather than being an effect of the ST in itself. But, I am happy it is in my stall and wanted to share my thoughts for those interested in this bike.
