On the other hand, in the "Livability Station Ranking" targeting people living within a 15-minute walk of a station, Nagamachi-Minami Station on the Sendai City Subway Namboku Line rose in the rankings from 2025 to take first place for the first time. The balance between commercial facilities around the station and residential areas is analyzed as contributing to its livability.
