I went through a very bad period, both mentally and physically (◞‸ ◟)💧 I've always tried to grit my teeth and push through my mental health issues, but these things are complex! I developed some physical issues from shrugging off my mental health, and ended up in hospital many times. I isolated myself out of the shame of being unable to cope/mask anymore, and the fear of saying "I think I need some help." Please, please take care of your mental wellbeing, everyone. And never be afraid to ask for support! Do not be like Pigeon! She's silly! Before I knew it, it'd been over a year since uploading (?!?!) Luckily, I'm a Magically Bright Invincible Girl, so I'm basically immortal! I've just graduated from my MA degree, and I'm trying to find steadiness again.
