More work on this car:    • Porsche 968 - Blown Headgasket? | No Comme...   A while back my 1993 Porsche 968 started overheating. Further inspection revealed that coolant was dripping into cylinder 3 when the car wasn't running. This series of videos will detail the head gasket refresh on it. Today we get the intake manifold removed. Next video will cover removing the exhaust manifold, cams and variocam unit, and probably the head itself. Video style was inspired by ‪@SimonFordman‬ Appologies for the annoying autofocus issues at the beginning. I switched to manual focus later on to solve that. 00:00 Intro Fluff 00:49 Start of work 01:34 Sparkplug Removal 03:13 Cylinder inspection 05:14 Time to get working 06:30 Removing cruise control, Spark plug wires, Distributor 07:46 Removing timing belt covers 09:16 Removing Fuel lines 10:16 Fuel Rail Removal 12:09 MAF removal 13:58 Oil dipstick removal 16:11 Intake manifold removal 20:30 Inspecting intake ports
