Micro-Scrapping a Bucket of Small Motors. It Was Time! Part 1.

As I go I find some techniques that may be helpful to other people looking to do some of this work. It seems no matter what I worked on I found little things that made the task easier, or faster.   This has been a long time coming. I've saved these "smalls" for at least a year and finally decided to work through them. As it turns out I actually have TWO buckets of this stuff, and the other bucket is fuller than this one was.
