izuku as well as the other OFA users (including Toshinori), Katsuki, Enji and one other pro Hero were reborn from the war timeline into this new one, as themselves. The OFA users prior to All Might remembered after dying and being absorbed into the Quirk, Izuku and Katsuki remembered at a really young age, Enji remembered around his last year at UA or early on his caree, and Toshinori remembered after passing OFA to Izuku again. Teen Toshitsugi and Bruce had been living on the streets for a year. Toshitsugi's parents were killed by guys from a meta hate group while Bruce's parents kicked him out. Zen and Yoichi had good parents in this timeline, as seen in the video they're 11 years old . Their parents get killed by Meta hate people on their 13th birthday, causing them to be sent onto the streets.
