I was burnt out, falling apart, and my body was sending me invoices I did not ask for. Teeth grinding, chronic pain, weight gain, and hormonal disruption. Burnout does not stay in your head; it moves into your body and stays there until you deal with it. So I built a routine, and I did it every single day for a week.
