Γαύρος στο φούρνο !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Materials 1 kilo of anchovies 200 g flour 3 tablespoons of fine semolina 1/2 teaspoon of paprika 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper cordial 1 teaspoon of thyme 1 teaspoon of salt Execution Clean the anchovy and wash it, and leave it in a hole to drain [see video]. In a tupperware put the flour, semolina, black pepper, paprika and thyme and mix well. We put the salt on the anchovy and mix it ,we put them little by little in the tupperware and we shake the tupperware to flour them [see video ]We put them on the dish where we have put non-stick paper and with a brush we put olive oil and we spread it and we put our anchovy on the dish and we do the same process from the top with our brush , sprinkle them with olive oil, bake them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until they are golden brown for about 20 minutes. .
