Hello everyone it's been a while since I've posted any content and last time when I made a vlog I promised that I will be more consistent with the upcoming videos but I could not keep it up. The reason behind the inconsistency was that I did not have a clear vision and my routine was completely changed due to which I was dealing with a lot of mental health issues and to maintain peace I took a decision of getting back to training as it was the only thing that sounded right and peaceful to me.
