I visited Caribbean Bay alone in the winter, when it was -6 degrees Celsius. Thanks to the Sejong-Pocheon Expressway, the trip from Hanam to Yongin was a mere 30 minutes. Because it was off-season, there weren't many people, and the outdoor hot springs and lazy river were truly amazing. I thought this water park was even more suited to winter than summer.
