Welcome to 「酒滿飯寶 Chef Po」channel. Today I'm sharing one of my own secret recipes with everyone - "Homemade Stuffed Crispy Chicken". This is a recipe I used to make at my restaurant, and it was very popular with customers. Since Chinese New Year is coming, I'm sharing this recipe with everyone, hope you all like it. If you don't want the hassle, you can also make it as fried chicken, no problem. Homemade Stuffed Crispy Chicken Ingredients: Chicken - 1 whole (about 3 lbs) Skin coating liquid - 300ml Pork pieces - 150g Dried shrimp - 2 tablespoons Shiitake mushrooms - 4-5 pieces Dried scallops - 5 pieces Millet - 2 tablespoons Lily bulbs - appropriate amount Lotus seeds - 10 pieces Salted egg - 1 piece Fish sauce - 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce - 1 teaspoon White pepper powder - 1 teaspoon Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon Cooking oil - Camel brand premium peanut oil 5L/900ml Skin coating liquid preparation: White vinegar - 600ml Zhejiang vinegar - 75ml Maltose - 180ml Rose wine - 75ml Water - 75ml If you have any dishes you'd like to see, please leave a comment!
