This creamy chicken pasta salad turned out unbelievably good. Fresh, crunchy, creamy, tangy, and packed with flavor in every bite. If you love easy salad recipes with a delicious homemade dressing, you need to try this one. 🥗 Ingredients: • 1 cup pasta • About 200 g chicken breast • 6–7 lettuce leaves • 1 medium pickle • 2 medium tomatoes • 1 medium red onion ✨ Dressing: • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt • 2 tbsp mayonnaise • 1 tbsp mustard • 2 tbsp pickle juice • 2 grated garlic cloves • Salt, black pepper & paprika to taste 👩‍🍳 Instructions: Boil the chicken breast until fully cooked, then shred or chop it into small pieces. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water for about 8 minutes until tender. Drain and let it cool slightly. Chop the lettuce, finely dice the red onion and pickle, and cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Add everything to a large salad bowl. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice, grated garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika until smooth and creamy. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix everything well. Your creamy chicken pasta salad is ready.
