[REMIX] KzX - Stalemate Remix

You know why I did this. So, as I'm sure that you're aware, Doggie- who is one of the best GD players out there, has been grinding attempt after attempt on Grief. It's one of my favorite levels right now, and I got the inspiration to do this on a whim when entering one of his Grief streams. This remix in particular is actually not in the same key as the original. That's because Doggie's current version of Stalemate is actually pitched up by one semitone from E minor to F minor. I thought it sounded really cool, so I decided to do my remix in F minor as well. Aside from that, I decided to mess around with the chords in the part after the first drop. I dunno if it was all that good of a decision, but at the very least I don't think it ruins the song. I also gotta say how much the guitar adds to this song for me. It gives it such an aggressive and biting tone that really lends itself to the atmosphere of Grief. One of my favorite things I added! I guess the only issue I have with it now is some of the instrumentation in the beginning section and the mixing. I feel like I made the drums a bit too overpowering, but it's alright. So yeah! That's all I got for right now. Sorry for the upload in the early morning; executive dysfunction's a bitch and I just wanted this out by now.
