Among modern people who enjoy wheat-processed foods such as bread, sweets, noodles, and fried foods, they suffer from gluten-sensitive bowel diseases such as indigestion due to gluten, an insoluble protein contained in wheat. Intolerance is a reaction that our body rejects and cannot absorb nutrients when nutrients enter the body. Symptoms of gluten intolerance, which are representative examples, include digestive problems such as bloating and abdominal pain.
