I present to you a review of the Tefal Optigrill 2-in-1 multifunctional grill. It allows you to grill not only meat and vegetables, but also can be tilted 180 degrees to barbecue for a crowd, simultaneously preparing a main course and side dish. How to cook a good steak like in a restaurant? Turn on the grill and select one of the 9 automatic programs—steaks, of course. Once the grill is hot, it will beep, and you can add the meat. The grill automatically detects the thickness of the meat; you can cook a ribeye steak or a minute steak equally well. The indicator will show the doneness and beep. The grill plates are angled at a 7° angle, so the steak is seared, not simmered in its own juices, as happens with frying pans or other electric grills without a tilt. Watch the indicator, which will tell you when the meat is the right doneness: rare, well done, or well done. Once the signal sounds, turn off the grill, remove the steak, let it rest, garnish, and serve. This grill differs from the previous generation in that it can be rotated 180 degrees, allowing you to cook both the main course, such as meat or poultry, and vegetables on the second plate. The booklet includes a recipe for skewers with chicken and cherry tomatoes, but I'll cook shrimp and vegetables on the barbecue setting. I'll place the vegetables on the second plate, grill for 2-3 minutes on each side, turning when done. This is how you can prepare restaurant-style dishes and impress your friends and family.
