Avianca has changed its fares and business model, and I was surprised by how much it has evolved. The economy cabin seats are completely different from those in Avianca Plus and Business Class. I encourage you to take a round-trip flight with Avianca and reflect on how its identity has changed—does it still resemble the Avianca brand from the '90s?
