Murkomen on Ruto's failure to stop BBI

DP Ruto ally Kipchumba Murkomen finally addressed the progress by County Assemblies in approving the BBI Report. Only one county (Baringo) has rejected the constitution amendment bill. President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga are hoping all counties pass the bill. The Tangatanga leaders say that even if it passes, they are happy they expressed their concerns.
