Elevator Fireman Service FAIL!

Backlogged from winter. This is a recent mod done by KONE of a Dover Oildraulic, now an EcoDraulic DX. I was testing fireman service and found that the hold position didn't work and made the elevator behave as if I had turned the phase 2 switch to off. There is another elevator here and that one functioned just fine when in fireman service. This is why monthly tests are required, so that you find problems during testing and report them before the fire dept. needs to use the elevators during an emergency.
