Timeless Works: Was Lincoln a Christian? - Dr. D. James Kennedy
Was Lincoln a Christian? In this message, Dr. Kennedy shows that while the younger Lincoln was a skeptic, during the course of the war (and especially after the death of his son), he became a Christian. By the time, Lincoln spoke at Gettysburg, he was a Christian. Dr. Kennedy shows how Lincoln's Christianity is clearly reflected in his Second Inaugural Address ("with malice toward none, and charity toward all"). Scripture Reference: Romans 5:1
