Then, troubling gaps emerge in the timeline. At approximately 2:12 p.m., her mobile phone was manually switched off, powered down intentionally. At 3:00 p.m., she missed an important appointment to sign the tenancy agreement for her university flat, something she had been excited about. When her friend couldn’t reach her, concern grew, and Catrin was officially reported missing the following day, November 16th. Despite extensive searches involving mountain rescue teams, drones, dogs, and dedicated volunteers, no trace of Catrin has ever been found.
