Wave of school fires displaces over 1,000 students in Ghana
In just one week, a series of devastating fires swept through the dormitories of three senior high schools in northern Ghana, displacing more than 1,000 students. At Tolon SHS, 346 students lost nearly all their belongings, including mattresses, uniforms, books, and food. At NOBISCO, the situation was even more severe, with around 900 female students left without shelter after their dormitory was destroyed. A separate blaze at Pong Tamale SHS further compounded the crisis. Maxwell Suuk filed this report.#DWAfricaSocialMedia
