Mitre Peak: Summiting New Zealand’s Most Iconic Mountain in a Day
On 14 February 2018, two friends and I set out on a 15 hour mission to summit Mitre Peak (1,692m, 5,551ft) in Milford Sound, New Zealand in a day. Disclaimer: 5th class climbing and 4th class scrambling are dangerous. By sharing our epic, personal adventure, I am not recommending or encouraging anyone to do this hike/ascent. Shoutout to ASKE and JARED. Filmed on iPhone 6s Plus and GoPro Hero 5 Black. Edited in iMovie.
