PoE 3.27 | Exsanguinate Reap Miner League Start Build Guide

Exsanguinate is an S-Tier mapping skill, and when paired with huge damage from Reap we have a well rounded build I plan on starting in 3.27 Keepers of the Flame. My plan is to rush maps and boss opening weekend.
