It is the junction station of Narowal-Wazirabad, Narowal-Chak Amru railway lines. The Narowal-Chak Amru railway line is in bad shape now & no passenger service is operated currently. The British era old structure of the railway station was dismantled and a new state-of the-art building was raised. New station building was upgraded and inaugurated in 2018. The building has been completed under the supervision of the NESPAK. It includes a waiting room passengers at the ground floor. The building has washrooms, water filter plants, prayer area beside the offices of railway authorities.
