Enveloping with ancient scents, where the clocks seem to have stopped for years and where you can breathe in the genuine air ♥️🙏 "Ancient grain bread" Ingredients: 500g ancient grain flour (or your favorite flour) Half a block of fresh brewer's yeast (only in winter, 3-4g in summer) A teaspoon of salt Warm water to taste (I don't weigh the water) for a soft dough as shown in the video. Method: Dissolve the brewer's yeast in a little water, equal to a cup of coffee. Once the yeast is dissolved, pour it into the flour and mix. In a bowl, prepare warm, salted water and gradually add it to the flour until you obtain a fairly soft dough, as shown in the video. (The same softness can be achieved with other flours.) Let it rise until doubled in size, or at least two hours. Then, as shown in the video, shape it into a nice loaf and let it rise for another half hour.
