Homeschooling with Core Knowledge K-3 Language Arts Listening & Learning Curriculum: Part 1

Learn how to use the free Core Knowledge K-3 Langauge Arts Listening & Learning curriculum strand to homeschool. The Language Arts LIstening & Learning curriculum strand focuses on language arts subjects such as literature, literary concepts, vocabulary, and reinforces more general language arts skills for Kindergarten through 3rd Grade. In this first video I walk you through the the various resources you will be using as well as the introduction portion of the teacher's guide and help you understand how to use it to homeschool. The introduction contains important information on how the curriculum is laid out, background information on the unit's focus, and additional resources you can incorporate into the lessons. The Core Knowledge Language Arts curriculum consists of two strands: Listening & Learning and Skills.
