Stewart, one of the most respected Hard Bop artists, leads a star-studded team this evening consisting of German piano virtuoso Martin Sasse, bassist Kenji Rabson and drummer Bernd Reiter. Stewart has appeared on numerous critically acclaimed albums, especially on the prestigious Dutch record label Criss Cross Jazz. Grant Stewart has been an apprentice to giants such as Donald Byrd and Barry Harris. He has also played with many big names in jazz, including Jimmy Cobb, Clark Terry, Bill Charlap and Brad Mehldau.
