How I remove and install BMW axles from wheel hubs

This is how I remove and install BMW axles on e36 and e46 3-series, e70 x5, e39 5-series, etc. Hitting the wheel bearings might not be the best idea but I have not had any issues afterwards, as always, this information is provided without warranty and your mileage may vary.
