The Electroride Futuri 3 is a three-wheeled, covered electric vehicle. Technically, it's a moped, so all moped regulations apply: it can be ridden with an AM driving license (available from age 14) or with just a personal ID card—for those who were 18 or older in January 2013. The Futuri 3 shares many features with the Futuri 4 light quadricycle, including a very similar interior (though a different handlebar) and an identical rear end. However, technically, these vehicles are in completely different categories. The Futuri 4 absolutely requires a driving license, even for older riders. The Futuri 3 doesn't.
