Hunting for the rarest truffle in the world: the Alba white truffle

We find ourselves in the heart of the Alba region, Italy, renowned for some of the best wines in the world like Barolo and Barbaresco that you see on this channel BUT today’s episode is not about wine! Alba is also famous for the best truffles in the world and we waited for the foggiest and most winter in Piedmont kind of a day to take you truffle hunting. Our friends Giulia, Alex and Renzo own a truffle shop in downtown Alba: through them we organize our truffle hunting experiences and service our Wine Club Members with fresh truffle from Alba anywhere in Europe and the US.
