Always try cycling the power first. If that works out for you great! If not you will have to make sure you have power to the unit. Once you know you have power you can run the control board test. For this test you keep power off. Take the door panel off and remove the harness from the main board that goes to the user inter face. Make sure the door is open. Turn power back on and wait 7 seconds than close the door. The drain pump should come on. If it does your main board is good and you need a new touchpad/user interface/control panel. Hope this helps.
