In this video, we witnessed a day of rescues in abandoned ponds where we found many trapped animals: snakes, lizards, rabbits, and other creatures unable to get out on their own. But the most special rescue of the day was that of two dogs who had fallen into a pond. They were scared, wet, and wary of me, so simply jumping in and pulling them out wasn't enough: I first had to approach them slowly and gain their trust. An intense day, full of rescues, tension, and beautiful moments that demonstrate the real danger these ponds pose to all kinds of animals.
