When Mocking Michael Jordan Cost This NBA Team Everything

The Detroit Pistons made a mockery out of 6x NBA Champion, Michael Jordan for 3 straight seasons. No matter what the MVP, Defensive Player of the Year and Scoring Champion did, he could never get past them. Led by Head Coach, Chuck Daly, and guided by Point Guard, Isiah Thomas, the "Bad Boy" Pistons, with players such as, Dennis Rodman, Bill Laimbeer, Joe Dumars and Mark Aguirre, made Jordan's life horrible. They created specific rules for Michael, the "Jordan Rules", basically, throw him to the ground and try to hurt him. But, in 1991, everything changed. Jordan bought into a team focused offence under Head Coach, Phil Jackson, the Bulls learnt to be mentally tough, and what followed was the downfall of the Pistons rising dynasty.
