Its finally time! Stardust is back and ready to defend Draven one last time. It is also that time for Regional Riftbound to take over again (2 weeks later) and we had to update our tierlist. A lot of champions will stay the same as before but we are updating our tierlist based on what we played vs and saw in Vancouver not too long ago.
