Between a Track and a Hard Place

Hello Ladies & Gentlemen and as always, thank you for watching. Today, I take a little scouting mission to see if we can get the right equipment in, if we can even get in to this difficult location where railroad MOW Maintenance Of Way unit gets stuck in loose gravel and mud on the edge of a steep drop to a water filled ditch in the front and a live main rail in the rear. So, there is a bit of urgency with this job. Rail traffic is shut down and the truck is in danger of taking a nose dive into the water-filled ditch. I call in Kenny with my dad's Western Star with a Miller Industries, Vulcan V70, 35 ton towing and recovery unit to see if we can maneuver this railroad behemoth out of this predicament without it dropping off the edge as well as getting rail traffic flowing again. Did I mention that the access to the truck was less than ideal??? The only access is through a muddy farm path. I wouldn't call it a road...Nope, No I wouldn't. Hang on for the ride!!!
