German verbs vocabulary and conjugation of most common German regular verbs for beginners is explained. A1 level verbs include wohnen, kommen, gehen, arbeiten and machen. Lesson 12 of A1 level of German language course explains how to conjugated the most common verbs in German language. The conjugation of German regular verbs depends on the subject. In this lesson I have discussed the conjugation of 5 most common verbs in German with respect to the personal pronouns in German language. Verbs in German language usually ends with -en. This form of verb in German language is called infinitive form of verb. If we remove the stem of infinitive form of verb, it is called stem of verb. The infinitive form of verb may change if the subject of sentence in German language is changed. If the personal pronoun in German language is ich, the conjugation of German regular verb will be ending with stem plus -e. Like for German regular verb wohnen, it will become wohne If the personal pronoun in German language is du, the conjugation of German regular verb will be ending with stem plus -st. Like for German regular verb wohnen, it will become wohnst. If the personal pronoun in German language is er, sie or es, the conjugation of German regular verb will be ending with stem plus -t. Like for German regular verb wohnen, it will become wohnt. If the personal pronoun in German language is wir or Sie (2nd personal formal singular and plural) or sie (they), the conjugation of German regular verb will be the infinitive form without any change. Like for German regular verb wohnen, will remain wohnen. Similarly the conjugation of German regular verbs kommen, gehen, arbeiten and machen follow the same rule. Some of the German regular verbs take certain prepositions. Like the German regular verb wohnen takes preposition in in German language. The German regular verb kommen takes the preposition aus in German language. The German regular verb arbeiten takes the preposition bei in German language. The conjugation of German regular verb will follow the same pattern as the regular German verbs explained in this lesson of A1 level of German language course for beginners.
