Aerospace Research Expertise Continues to Grow at the Notre Dame Turbomachinery Laboratory
The Notre Dame Turbomachinery Laboratory (NDTL), a 25,000 square foot facility located in South Bend's Ignition Park, is a world-class research and testing facility for turbomachinery research. Researchers in the NDTL study and test components for gas turbine engines, which are used by commercial and military aircraft, power plants, and the oil and gas industry.
