Pwr bank an artist from Nigeria was born in the city of port harcourt but moved to the US to study and play basketball on an athletic scholarship. Growing up he had a passion for music as he was a part of a church choir. After graduating from college he reignited his passion for the art and has now gained attention in his current hometown of Maryland. His style was motivated by his favorite artist Burna boy but is not restricted to just the Grammy award winner. He is a representation of diversity due to his ability to perform in any genre from pop, Afrobeat, afro fusion and trap. In 2020 he decided to start recording and now has a few songs that have the potential to attract worldwide attention.
