Sugar was added to the rice milk, which was then simmered in a pan until it became a thick, light to dark green paste. To eat, it was topped with coconut milk and sprinkled with white sesame seeds or other grains of your choice. The dessert has a light aroma from the rice and a smooth, not-too-sweet flavor, balanced by the slight saltiness of the coconut milk.
