Teaching The Constitution To Our Kids without Curriculum || Homeschool Mom
We are teaching the Constitution, American Government, and American Heritage to our kids. I am a homeschool mom and homeschool evaluator & in my home I have a preschooler, 2nd & 4th graders and a middle schooler. I am also teaching the US Constitution to group of middle schoolers at our homeschool co-op. And we are NOT using a popular curriculum (for example Gather Round or The Good And The Beautiful). There are many popular homeschool curriculums out there and sometimes we feel that that is not the best education for our kids. It's just not going to work for our family. Well here are some ideas and resources and things to consider when you are getting ready to teach your kids about the US Constitution and Government. 0:00 Introduction 1:31 Why Study the US Constitution 3:34 Resource Introduction 4:48 Truthquest 6:32 Books 8:11 American Heritage 9:20 Living History Resources 11:24 Commentary Resources The following links are from Amazon.
