Meet Öykü Saran, co-founder of Beyond, who came on with a list of 10+ "non-negotiables" for what she wants in a relationship. Problem is, most lists like this are full of words that sound important but don't actually mean anything specific. We challenged a few of the items on her list and dug into where that desire was actually coming from, with the goal of getting to the root of what she wanted so she'd have a better shot at finding it. Then we challenged her to apply that same approach to the rest of the list on her own.
